For E-Car business unit, we are looking for a mechnical enigineer, working content as below
What are my responsibilities?
1)Responsible for Inverter / DCDC converter appliable in PHEV/HEV
application,PEB structure design (BusBar, Film Cap, Inductor,
etc.),Housing design(Connector,Fixation,Cable,Cover,etc.)
2)Cooling system analysis and thermal management design,
thermal/vabriation/sealing validation, and vehicle/power train layout
union design
3)Power Stage layout EMC and Electrical Safety co-design with HW engineers
4)Mechanical parts manufacturing support / Tooling design support
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Master
or above in mechanical engineering; at least five years of working
experiences in power electronics product packaging design, from
international company preferred
Teamworking experiences
Overall Network skill, team working/communication skills
Communication Experience with foreigners specially with German
