Management Trainee - Plant Project Management.

    Your key responsibilities
    Assist GM to initiate the various projects in lean project including design the roadmap of value stream line with stakeholders and
    business strategies .
    2. Independently drive and lead project forward to the goals and coordinate with project team members to achieve the targets.
    3. Proactively supervise and review the progress of project, especially reflect the effectiveness to the result and take certain
    adoption or make the optimization proposal during the period of the project.
    4. Identify potential for work improvement and participate on CIP activities.
    5. Direct report to GM
   
   
    Your profile
    Degree: Master in mechanics or mechanical engineering.
    Language: To be proficiency in oral and writing in English
    Soft skill:
    1) To be smart enough in logic thinking, especially have strong conceptual competence with strategic thinking.
    2) A quick leaner and to be curious to new things.
    3) Has positive attitude to solve difficulties.
