硕士HR人力资源实习生（对接外籍员工）

需求信息

工作内容：

Assist with different aspects of recruitment (job posting, resume and candidate screening, interview arranging, etc);

Assist in working permit/visa application/renewal for expats;

Follow the tenancy agreements for expats and frame contracts with service vendors;

Deal with expats’ home leave balance and other reimbursement affairs;

Assist in annual leave record management;

Translate training materials and schedules;

Help expats with social insurance registration and cancellation related documents;

Contact suppliers to collect information for choosing meeting site or service vendor;

Coordinate for language training of expatriates and their families;

Support for foreign staff's on board and leaving;

Maintain foreign staffs database;

Perform miscellaneous office duties (answering phone calls, arranging meetings, etc.).

Other related works assigned by the HR Supervisor.

岗位要求：

Education:   students studying for Master degree (better in English major)

Skills: good skills of English both oral and writing, good master on office software 

Competencies: flexible, easy going, good communication, helpful, efficient, responsible and careful

Having above 2 months intern working experience in foreign enterprise.

Personality: be honest, conscientious and positive
