1.IT Passenger/ Development

Qualification required

-Good communication of English

-Decent computer skills

 

Task designation 

-Ordering data maintenance

-Supportive work related to purchasing, goods receive and budget planning

-Administrative work, including raising travel requests and reimbursing travel expense in Concur System

 

 

2.Sales Truck

Qualification required

-Bachelor degree or above

-Positive attitude and good sense of responsibility

-Good communication skills and fluent English

-Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel

 

Task designation 

-Full participate in new dealers' due diligence and contact signing procedures

-Full participate in dealer wholesales application 

-Support for administrative work of the team

 

 

3.Network Development

Qualification required

-Bachelor degree or above

-Fluent English

-Good at MS Office

 

Task designation 

-Assist in management of Retail Consulting Programs

-Collect feedback data from dealers

-Follow up SAP process 

-Translate profiles

 

 

4.External Affairs

Qualification required

-Proficiency in English, especially in writing and reading

-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Attention to details, persistent, patient and continues learning

-Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills with an open mind attitude

-Self-motivated, self-disciplined, responsible, and ambitious and drive to result

-Possess Multi-tasked skills, and remains optimistic and enthusiastic under pressure of meeting deadlines

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written at all levels

-Good team player

-University degree in Law, Politics, Economics or English is a plus

-Driver license a plus

 

Task designation 

-Daily monitor automotive industry related policy and regulation 

-Research and analyze political events and trade issues, translate if necessary

-Conduct internal and external communication

-Maintain political intelligent database and archive department documents

-Support cooperation project of department 

-Other task assigned by supervisor

 

 

5.Retail Sales

Qualification required

-Patient and careful

-Fluent in both written and oral English

-Good at MS Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

 

Task designation 

-Team support on daily routine and reimbursement

-Biz trio arrangement for regional managers

-Meeting arrangements, etc.

 

6.Import & Export Operation

Qualification required

-Fluent English both in Written & Spoken

-Good communication skills

-Good MS Office skill

 

Task designation 

-Assist with daily operation

-Support on-going projects

-Daily administration work
