Digital McKinsey Asia Women Leadership Workshop

Greater China: Shanghai, June 4, 2016  (Other upcoming locations will include regions like Japan, South East Asia, Australia, India)

Discover what it's like to lead as a woman in Digital and Technology in a truly global firm.

This McKinsey workshop is a unique opportunity for you to connect with women leading in digital and technology. You will also learn more about McKinsey, the latest digital trends, case coaching, women perspective working at McKinsey. The workshop will be hosted in Shanghai as a first stop for applicants in Greater China, for all other locations, we encourage you to apply now so that we can keep you in the loop on when our other workshops will be held.  McKinsey will cover the travel costs of qualified applicants that are are based within the region but outside of the hosting city.  For example, if you are based within Greater China but outside Shanghai, we will cover your travel costs to and from Shanghai as well as your accommodation and meals for the workshop.

This is a one day workshop in Shanghai for female degree and doctoral students as well as professionals who are considering whether the next step in their career should be to Digital Technology and McKinsey. During the course of the workshop, participants will have many opportunities to:

• Learn more about the Digital McKinsey, and our work, and find out what lies behind our value proposition of "Building Global Leaders" and what this would mean for you as a consultant
• Meet women like yourself from all over Greater China and connect with women Digital leaders and share with them whatever is on your mind - whether it's regarding internship options, career opportunities at McKinsey for nonbusiness graduates, or our interviewing process
• Work in small teams on a case study to get a taste of how we work with our clients to deliver exceptional impact by applying both business and technology expertise
• Discover McKinsey's perspective on balancing work, family, and life commitments and how our various firm programs and initiatives in place can help you arrange working patterns (including educational, parental, or sabbatical leaves and part-time options) that fit your interests best
