Job Title: Project Assistant (Full Member/Intern)

Responsibility

ü Carry out market research and provide all relevant information to consultants

ü Identify potential target candidates

ü Type, file and administer office documents and business reports properly

Skills

ü University /college degree in English, Business, Human resource, Electronics, Electrical , Mechanical relevant majors

ü Fluent in oral and written English/German

ü Proficient in Windows, MS Word and Excel

ü Pro-actively solve problems and find solutions

ü Good sense of responsibility and team work

ü Good knowledge of administrative and coordinative work

 

Job Title: Researcher (Full Member/Intern)

 

Responsibility

ü     Analyze the job description provided by client, carry out market research and provide all relevant information to consultants

ü     Identify, approach and qualify potential target candidates

ü     Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on customer’s criteria

ü     Establish a good and long-term rapport with clients and candidates,

ü     Upkeep of market and talents database

 

Skills

ü     University /college degree in English, Business, Human resource, Electronics, Electrical , Mechanical relevant majors

ü     3 years working experience in multinational company with hands-on experience in tele-sales or recruitment

ü     Highly motivated by achieving targets and acquiring new knowledge

ü     Results-driven with high integrity and ethics
