Responsibilities工作职责：

-Ensure the equipment run well, set up preventive maintenance strategy, solvecritical issue of equipment, equipment improvement to enhance the generalefficiency of production;

保证设备的良好运行，制定预防性维护的策略，处理设备疑难问题，设备改进以提高生产总体效率；

-Responsible for new equipment design, technical specification, and productionline equipment installation, commissioning;

负责新线设备的方案设计、技术规范的制定，产线设备的安装、调试；

-Responsible for the mechanical design of the fixture;

负责工装夹具的机械设计；

-Provide the necessary training to Mechanics and Operators;

给机修工和操作工提供必要的培训； 

-Responsible for spare part management strategy and application.

负责备品备件管理策略和申请。

Requirements任职要求：

-Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronicsor related area;     

机械、电气或电子等专业硕士及以上学历；

-Mechanical drawing (proficient in using CAD or UG), familiar with more than onekind of PLC programming;

机械制图（会熟练使用CAD或UG），熟悉1种以上PLC编程；

-Good innovative ability and team work spirit;

良好的创新能力和团队合作精神；

-Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred.

良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
