Responsibilities工作职责：

-Complete production plan, process quality control, general machine maintenance andensure safety on production;

生产计划完成、生产过程质量控制、设备日常维护及监督安全生产；

-Personnelpreparative, training and problem solving on production;

生产线人员管理、培训及解决生产中的问题；

-ImplementBPS activity, VSM improve;

开展BPS活动，改进价值流；

-Motivateand enable the behaviors of teamwork among employees in order to build a positiveand healthy working environment.

Requirements任职要求：

-Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, EngineeringManagement or related area;

机械、电子工程、管理等专业硕士及以上学历；

-Fluent in English;

英语熟练；

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;

良好的沟通技巧；

-Good leadership and coordination and creativity skills are required;

良好的领导能力及合作协调能力；                                                                                                  

-Good analytical and problem solving skills;

良好的问题分析及解决能力；

-Willingness and capability to take extra efforts and handle stress.
