Position Summary:
The position is designed to develop high potential candidates and prepare them for future tasks in the role and responsibility for selling full line of TüV SüD products and services in assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory and products;
2. Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans;
3. Supervise and train sales forces to achieve sales targets;
4. Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales;
5. Refer potential market opportunities and customer feedback to business development team or other operational team for prompt follow-up;
6. Work with marketing team to plan and execute program such as advertising, press release, trade shows and seminars and maintain reputation and visibility of the company;
7. Act as the spokesperson of TüV SüD in assigned territory;
8. Maintain positive relationships with government, public services and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the company’s business interests;
9. Protect TüV SüD image, reputation and business interests in assigned territory;
10. Ensure adherence to TüV SüD Guidelines and Procedures;
11. Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. At least master degree, major of scientific and engineering, MBA or other related discipline;
2. Strong business development capability;
3. Very good organization and coordination skills;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism;
5. Good at presentation and public speech;
6. Aggressive and self-motivated;
7. Energetic and passionate;
8. Good command of English.
