Position Summary:
The position is designed to develop high potential candidates in the field of Human Resources Management and to prepare them for future strategic HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strong business relationships with leadership and management team;
2. Develop and drive the people agenda for the organization;
3. Analyze and present information to the management team that enables good business decision making;
4. Provide consultation and support to line managers for all HR areas;
5. Plan and implement performance management;
6. Facilitate succession plan;
7. Facilitate organizational development;
8. Assist line managers with legal compliance;
9. Influence and persuade line managers on the right HR outcomes;
10.Facilitate employee and manager communications and problem solving;
11.Manage employee relationship;
12.Implement Group, AP and GCN HR initiatives;
13.Other assigned tasks by reporting manager.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in Human Resources, MBA or other related discipline;
2. Strong execution capability;
3. Good sense of responsibility;
4. Demonstrated interpersonal and influential skills;
5. Strong passion and self-motivated;
6. Open to change and take considered risks;
7. Good at project management skills;
8. Solid analytical ability with data sensitivity;
9. Proficient English skills on both written and oral.
