Job Description:

As a SSDFirmware Verification Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for firmware verification test development, execution andfailure analysis. Successful completion of these responsibilities requiresskill in test programs development, failure analysis/problem solving, intrinsicFW and test knowledge, and experience with program language.
You will create and maintain test design documentation,design some test tools, and analyze test issues. You will work closely withfirmware verification design team, firmware verification execution team andfirmware design team.

Responsibility:

1,Develop the test tools toassist firmware verification test

2,Support test design team torun test to validate the quality of test scripts
3,Maintain and create testdesign docs

4,Learn how to design test,analysis and debug issues

Requirements:

1,Experience ofsoftware/firmware development

2,Experience ofsoftware/firmware test, debugging and problem solving
3,Experience with lab machinesis a plus, including meter, Logic Analyzer, scope, protocol(SAS/SATA/PCIE/USB/I2C) Analyzer

4,Knowledge of storage (Flash,SSD, storage controller, and storage protocols (FC/SAS/SATA/PCIE)) is value-add

5,Familiar with C/C++/Javalanguage 

6,Familiar with any scriptlanguage, python language is value-add

7,Familiar with officesoftware tools (Outlook, excel, word, power point software)

8,Good communication skill

9,Good at English (both written and verbal)

10,Ability to handleshort-notice needs/requests

11,Positive attitude

12,Willing to learn and takethe challenge

13,Able to work at least 3 daysper week

Education:

MS in ElectronicsEngineering/Computer Science or equivalent
