Challenge Program
This is a 3.5-year graduate program with three placements, providing early career development opportunities for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders or senior experts as subject discipline. With structured development plan, graduates will benefit from a broad base of support and trainings from senior leaders, line manager, mentor and colleagues. All these personal mentoring, structured learning programs, expert advice and regular appraisals will help prepare you for great success with BP.
Role Synopsis
As an HR Executive in the program, you will be provided three rotations within the whole China HR team with structured development path to grow into an HR professional. Opportunities exist within Organization & Development, Rewards & Benefits, HR Operations and International Mobility, Labor & Employee Relations, and HR Business Partner etc. Acting as an essential partner to business, you will work on real-world projects to gain skills, helping achieve commercial goals by improving organization and human capital resources.
You will start as a member of HR Organization & Development Team, providing support to campus recruitment, program management, employer branding and resourcing projects, you will also own and deliver specific project activities.
Key accountabilities:
- Support recruitment of two graduate programs: Challenge Program & Future Leaders Program, lead on the execution
- Provide support on delivering L&D offers to graduates and program management
- Work with global team on building and enhancing employer branding through university relationship maintenance, social media operation etc.
- Independently own some specific project activities such as identify and deliver continuous improvement to future graduate induction process; involve in some resourcing projects
- Responsible for regular intern recruitment with integrated resourcing channel to build intern talent pool
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good in numeric and data analysis
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
- Demonstrates BP values
- Open to working location during the program
