This is a 3.5-year graduate program with three placements, providing early career development opportunities for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders. With structured development plan, graduates will benefit from a broad base of support and trainings from senior leaders, line manager, mentor and colleagues. Role Synopsis
Understanding our customers’ needs is sales’ goal. From the most efficient sales administrators to the heads of large accounts, people working in sales share a dedication to doing the best for our customers. We can do this because we offer some of the world’s best lubricants that help cars, ships, aero planes and even computers run more efficiently.
In the program you’ll learn how to be the public face of our business and manage a small scale of business independently. From early in your career, you’ll have the opportunity to see many different aspects of our business working as different roles such as:
- National Sales Support in Indirect Sales team is to support National Support Manager to implement sales and marketing plan including target allocation, budgeting allocation and agreed sales objective and marketing strategy. During this assignment, you will hold the accountability to
- Coordinate the implementation of National Sales and Marketing initiatives
- Co-ordinate the effective implementation of the shop signage program, trade loan, monitor budgets, quality and contracts with suppliers
- Co-ordinate market research projects and other secondary information gathering as required
- Key Account Assistant Manager in Industrial & HD/Mining Sales team is responsible for the sales and relationship management with a group of key account customers. During this assignment, you will hold the accountability to
- Build relationships and networking with the assigned customers and ‘own’ the customers at all touch points
- Develop and own the account plans in line with Industrial China business strategy
- Liaise regularly with support team, e.g. Technical Service, sales operation etc. to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Achieve sales targets with assigned customers and complete other sales related activities like monthly sales forecasting, product trial run, marketing promotions etc. toward company requirement.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Good analytical skills, drive and enthusiasm
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
