YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones:

Help define and develop the future Ford models that our customers want, develop understanding of the customers and work with system engineers to develop exciting products.
Work as a team member in either Noise Vibration and Harshness team, Vehicle Energy Management, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle Dynamics or Vehicle Architecture teams to complete design verification and drive issues resolution.
Investigate on vehicle level related China customer wants / market demand input.
Use CAE, vehicle evaluation, virtual reality and full vehicle testing, facilitates such as wind tunnel, proving ground, full vehicle scanner, virtual 3D tools to make our products exciting for our customers

OUR REQUIREMENTS

If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need:

Master degree preferred, major in Vehicle Engineering, NVH or related
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills
Good understanding of overall vehicle sub-system and components
Driver's License and actual on-road driving experience are preferred

Personality and Leadership Skills.
Strong learning capability
Demonstrated ability to develop a good working relationship with
Representatives from different companies, multiple programs and functions

Other specific skills or preference.
Domestic/International travel as required
Internship experience in Auto Industry preferred.
