YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

· Support evaluation of bids for equipment purchase

· Support Simultaneous Engineering activity with OEM's, including approval of all Target Agreements

· Support GPDS / Integrator input for Assembly Systems

· Support all process layout reviews

· Support Virtual Assembly or Manufacturing Builds / MA Event input & support (including deviation process & open issue resolution)

· Ensure supplier processes for externally purchased components are aligned with internal requirements (e.g. gauging and processing methodologies, shipping requirements, etc...)

· Run-off equipment at supplier and in plant to show capability and robustness including safety

· Model "Team Values and Leadership Behaviors”

OUR REQUIREMENTS

If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need:

· Master degree major in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or other related field

· Strong Analytical Skills and Excellent Computer Skill

· Exposure in Problem Solving Techniques and Presentation Skills will be a plus

· Excellent English communication skill

· Leadership, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving Techniques, Self-starter, Good Communication Skills and Team Player
