YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position  

·   The responsibilities need to ensure the programs can be manufactured   in their expected location, the F&T and quality expectation of the   program can also be met.

·   Ensure new model programs follow the correct process and ensure all   forward planning tools are correctly applied   including Digital Pre-Assemble check and virtual build events.

·  Work with the program teams and the installation teams to ensure the   balance of corrective action going forward and affordability are key targets   to new model programs

·  Where Asia Pacific is LMEA will require the team to take   lead engineering responsibility for new model programs. This will need to   include full feasibility studies and detailed cross functional team work to   ensure the best solution possible is found.

·  This area will be responsible for the introduction of new model programs   into Asia Pacific these include "C" car, "B"   car, "CD" and "D" cars together with the truck and   Transit ranges. 

·   The team will be also responsible for working with PD in producing a   new model program capable of being produced within the APA production sites.

·   Each program will require a series of target and process completed on   them to move forward into production smoothly.  These include:-

·   Digital Pre-Assemble checks

·   Working with the plants on processes and balancing the F&T   commitments

·   Virtual build events to ensure the products can be assembled in our   environments

·   Process Sheets

·   PFMEAs

·   Work cross functionally with PD in design team mode to deliver   manufacturing feasible designs.

·    Hand over the process and facilities planning to the implementation   and launch teams for production ramp up.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

·   Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar;

·   Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar;

·   Fluent English, especially in speaking, CET-6

·   Good Communication Skill

·   Team Player

·   Ability to learn and adapt

·   Positive and Find a way attitude

·   Good use of AUTOCAD
