YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones: · Working on electrified vehicles. E.g. hybrid (HEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV); · Responsible for electrified vehicle control software development and validation; · Responsible for electrified vehicle calibration and homologation test; · Responsible for powertrain engineering system / subsystem component development and test for electrified unique parts, such as battery, motor, inverter system, charger, EDS, controllers; · Develop local xEV key component supply base. Lead or support part or system localization activities per demand; · Take responsibility for robust design verifications, engineering signoff and production validations; · Assist in development of plans, strategies, requirements and process for new energy vehicles (HEV, PHEV, BEV); · Supports electrified vehicle program milestone deliverables on time with quality. For example, healthy launch at manufacturing plant, diagnostic, testing, and technical mastery activities; · Support quality improvement activities per demand. |
OUR REQUIREMENTS If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need: · Bachelor Degree or above in Automotive/ Vehicle engineering/ Electrical and Electronic/ Motor Engineering/ Powertrain Engineering/ Computer Science / Mechanical/ Transmission or equivalent; · Knowledge on vehicle / powertrain / battery /power electronic/ motor control / calibration / MIL test / SIL test / HIL test is preferred; · Knowledge on virtual engineering and software program is preferred. Such as CAD, CAE, C, C++, VB, Python; · Fluent oral English communication is required; · Knowledge or interest of electrified powertrain system / sub-system / component preferred; · Knowledge on vehicle systemattributedesign / subsystem sizing / simulation preferred; · Knowledge on battery cell cycler / motor dyno / powertrain dyno test preferred; · Be accountable for delivery and able to make sound decisions based uponfacts; · Basic Knowledge on new energy vehicles is preferred; · Valid vehicle drive license is preferred. |
