Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
- Provide professional product application advice to Lubeline customers/distributors/EM staff to support customer retention and deliver improved product and service margins
- Develop sales leads via THD service
- Assist with the interpretation of oil analysis results for EM staff and customers.
- Handle customer complaints by following product quality incident handling process.
- Maintain product reference files
- Provide instant feedback on market changes regarding our product range to appropriate sales, marketing and technical staff (including distributors and telesales)
- Assist with training both internally and externally as required
- Maintain records of calls and archival material
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree holders in Mechanical, Engineering (e.g. Chemical engineering) or equivalent
- Passionate in the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Derives improved margins through the utilizations of added value technical services and utilizing premium products or services in the process of delivering client solutions
- Ability to influence technical decision makers through technical competence and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication/Interpersonal/team working/coordination capacities
- Ability to develop formal and informal business networks
- Desire to learn and develop skill and knowledge base
- Good English skill (speaking, writing...)
- Computer literate
