Roles and Responsibilities:
1.  [90%] HIL Project Deployment with Project Management:
- HIL System specification design, deployment (open-loop setup, close-loop setup) according to defined ETAS processes and in close cooperation with other ETAS groups - including sales, finance and product development
- Delivery post-sales engineering services and product training to customers 

2. [10%] Customer support:
- Lead, propose and specify tailored ETAS HIL test and validation solutions that improve the customer’s ECU development processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, and facilitate communication between customer locations and associated ETAS regions. 
- Technical interaction with key customers – including providing technical presentations, managing critical customer issues and tracking open/closed action items.
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor degree +, preferred on major of EE or automotive engineering

Technical Skills / Abilities:
- Experience with HIL test system, know the principle, operation system;
- HIL system execution experience on either EMS, BODY, Chassis, or BMS, VCU , MCU. etc
- Understand the control strategies and development process in the automotive control area

Soft Skills
- Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English language
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- project management experience 
- Customer communication skill
- Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team
- Willingness to travel frequently within China
- Willingness to communicate with customer to promote ETAS solution
