Responsibilities:

• Develop complete solution for automotive customers especially in China region, including but not limited to hardware ref boards, software codes, documents.
• Provide on-site design service to customer as necessary, conduct technical training to customers as well as internal team.
• Provide product level application support to regional field engineers, mainly on automotive MCU with 32bit ARM architecture and analog integration.
• Work as center of technical expertise in the region for the high potential application areas such as Advanced Drive Assistant System(ADAS).
• Join the validation of new products; develop application notes and other enablement.
• As part of the global application organization, work effectively across departments to help customer overcome technical barriers and save development time/cost.

Requirements:

• Master or doctor degree in relevant disciplines, such as electronics/electrical engineering, microelectronics, embedded system, computer science, automotive electronics etc.
• Hardware and Software design experience with microcontrollers required, experience with Freescale MCU preferred.
• Good knowledge of 32 Bit MCU architectures such as ARM or PowerPC architectures.
• Good knowledge of automotive applications such as DC/BLDC motor control, CAN/LIN communications.
• The candidate who can meet one or more criteria as below are strongly preferred:
  - Experience of project management, passion for getting things done as well as pushing organization to preset direction;
  - Strong embedded system SW capability such as OS, device driver, multi-core interaction, CPU core and instruction set knowledge;
  - Intensive DSP knowledge, experience on algorithm development, modeling, model based tool (such as Matlab);
  - Experience on automotive system engineering such as ECU design, motor control, auto networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to comfortably work with multiple internal teams across global as well as customers.
• Attitude of enthusiasm, curiosity, continuous learning, and desire for success as a team.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
