Responsibilities:

• Drive automotive microcontroller’s products revenue, market share growth and margin growth in China or Asia.
• Responsible for distribution and mass market demand creation, product and solution promotion, and enabling distributors to achieve business goal (MS growth, margin growth, new customer account growth, etc.).
• Align distributor with automotive microcontroller product strategy, and streamline joint effort on right directions with solid executions.
• Responsible for product and solution enablement to distributors.
• Responsible for channel launch.
• Engage with key customers directly, and sell product value proposition to customers.
• Conduct market analysis and product mapping to application as a customer proposal.
• General business management for specific distributors or specific regions.

Requirements:

• Electronics Engineering Degree (Master and above).
• Knowledge of semiconductors and microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with Microcontroller products.
• Experience for marketing and commercial awareness, and understanding of pricing & negotiation is a plus.
• Understanding of the automotive electronics application and products.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused outlook.
• Team working mindset and ability.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
