Requirements：

• Take full ownership of the assigned customers to achieve the FQE specific targets.
• Be the customer quality advocate for the assigned customers.
• Drive a positive customer perception of NXP's Quality.
• Execute the CQC reduction plan for the assigned customers by:
  - performing failure verification with the customers to identify the failure cause;
  - enabling customer engineers / technicians to perform an effective initial evaluation of NXP i.MX device;
  - assisting customers to resolve customer caused issues (e.g. ESD/EOS protection, parts programming, etc.);
  - applying a diligent CQC data analysis for every return reported by customers to fully understand the device history;
  - identifying any repeat occurrences possibly during FFV and data mining;
  - closing non- justified incidents in the field.
• Lead resolution of correlation analyses by:
  - closely working with customers and NXP PE, Design and FAE teams on device failure correlation;
  - characterizing the part failing behavior in the customer application to translate to NXP EVB.
• Drive actively a continued lessons learned approach within the FQE organization by:
  - ensuring excellent data reporting within the CQC system;
  - sharing key lessons learned with the FQE community to drive capability enhancement.
• Be responsible for acquisition, implementation and maintenance of the required tools to ensure excellent FFV capability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Physics.
• Good understanding of device- and ECU test philosophies.
• Practical knowledge of high level and assembler programming languages.
• Good understanding of analog and digital measuring techniques.
• Flexibility and ability to react quickly to support customers, incl. short notice travel.
• Proven track record of excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment.
