RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop Parametric Math Models & Data, ensure data quality and meet customers’ requirement;
2.Ensure compliance with Delphi design procedure and CMII process;
3.Create components, assemblies and CSD documentation;
4.Provide components & assemblies info to internal customers, such as librarian, validation engineer, etc.
5.Ensure models & drawings to follow DDS standards, and identify exceptions to Delphi-D design standards;
6.Ensure compliance with GD&T standards and general design Guidelines;
7.Run appropriate design rule checks, support MCAD-ECAD cross checking;
8.Generate manufacturing files to support downstream users;
9.Release BOM, math data and drawings to GES&PDM system;
10.Process design changes as documented by CA/CM processes;

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Major is automotive Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation/ Mecha-electronics;
2.Good understanding and/or knowledge of CAD designs. Have experience of CAD software, such as UG, Expedition, etc.
3.Have some knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical design.
4.Have some knowledge in GD&T and product working flow.
5.Comprehensive technical English reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required;
6.With team-work spirit, communication skill, task and work planning skill;
7.Clear thinking, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated;
8.Automotive product background is preferred.
