RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To perform, plan and develop product test & validation for products
2.To perform and develop activities plans and reliability prediction for new design and required products
3.To perform and reports failure analysis
4.To perform new validation equipment evaluation
5.Support, develop and promote new technology and processes
6.Meets Departmental Cost / Quality / objectives
7.Coordinate and provide validation test facilities per product development requirement
8.Ensure lab equipment are in good working condition

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Master/ B.S. Degree in Engineering, Master Degree preferred
2.Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
3.With positive people interface attitude
4.Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
5.Knowledge of estimating, planning, tracking and control of projects
6.Prior experience in automotive industry.
7.Team oriented.
8.PC application skill
