Responsibilities:
-Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems (e.g. Supplier Performance Development Process (SPDP), Delphi Problem Solver, Scorecard) to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues (including cost recoveries) and facilitate continuous improvement
-Support Flawless Launch activities within the plant and AQE to SQE part responsibility transition
-Function as liaison between supply management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support
-Adhere to PR/R Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for Problem Cases issued via Problem Solver
-Utilize structured problem solving tools and methodologies
-Participate in all applicable plant teams (e.g. Change Boards, Continuous Improvement)
-Perform supplier manufacturing capability assessments as appropriate; Develop action plan to close gaps
-Improve suppliers’ performance/manufacturing capabilities
Coach and mentor supplier lean implementation teams. Coach and guide supplier leadership in value stream

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above in engineering/business
-Good system and computer skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
-High-level analytical and problem solving abilities
-Strong supplier and internal relationships and willingness to work diligently to build and sustain
-Integrity, tenacity and demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and problems
-Demonstrated ability to consider both business requirements and technical needs to represent Delphi and the supplier
-Strong facilitation, teaching, and coaching skills
-Demonstrated ability to work independently. High degree of organizational and project management skills
