Responsibilities工作职责:
- Responsible for the integration of restraint systems (e.g. airbag ECU, peripheral sensors) in vehicle. Implement resonance analysis and definition of the mounting positions for these sensors with the support of tools.
- 负责车辆约束系统集成(安全气囊控制器,外围传感器,定义控制器及传感器安装位置并能利用工具进行安装位置共振分析
-Responsible for the calibration of the airbag control algorithm with the signals of front-, side- and rear-crash and misuse tests 。
-基于前碰,侧碰,后碰及误作用信号对安全气囊控制器进行算法标定
- Responsible for crash data processing and crash signal analysis, preparation of the crash signal confliction and comparison for customer
-负责碰撞信号处理,信号分析,并为客户准备信号冲突及信号对比文档
-Coordination of the customer requirements for firing behavior and firing times and transfer of these requirements into internal specifications. Verify the specified firing behavior with designed testing method
- 负责安全气囊控制器点火性能要求并将之转化为内部规范,并运用设计的测试方法验证定义的点火性能
- Contact person for customer questions concerning calibration and system integration. Presentation of the signal analysis & calibration report
- ECU系统集成及标定客户窗口,准备信号分析文档及标定报告
Requirements任职要求:
- Master degree in Physics/Electrical/Electronic /Information Technology / Automotive Engineering
- 物理,电子,信息或车辆工程相关专业,硕士以上
- Intern experience in engineering area, approx. 3-6 months, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired.
-3-6个月工程领域实习经验背景(汽车领域优佳),并对车辆约束系统有一定的了解
- Total system thinking, logic analytical mind and knowledge of time-management
- 系统思维及逻辑分析能力,卓越的时间管理能力
- Presentation of complex relations
- 有较强的PPT文档解析展示能力
- Strong motivated, conflict management, and systematic problem solving;
- 学习主动性强,有冲突管理及系统化问题解决能力
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international engineering teams.
- 优秀的沟通能力,能够与客户及国际工程团队进行协作
- English written and verbal; Basic German preferred
- 流利的英文听说和阅读, 懂基础德语优佳
