Responsibilities工作职责：
-Responsible for the software in an assigned customer project:
- Quality (Pass quality gates)
- Planning, Montoring & Control
- On-Time-Delivery (OTD)
- Requirement management
- Contact person for customer questions concerning software topics
- Development strategy with development team according to process
- Support project team for software tasks
- Manage software change requests
- Identify risks and risk path in software development for projects
- Perform technical analysis triggered by defects and customer feedback
- Perform required reviews
- Support Bosch and customer production line for software topics
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology
- Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management
- Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations
- Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, India..etc)
- Good communication
- Very good in oral and written English
