Major tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for the complete, timely execution of the Accounting Operations in good quality according to the defined activity split. Contribute to the reliability of the books in his/her scope of responsibility allowing a certification by external auditors.
1)Process assigned tasks in relevant accounting processes, including master data maintenance and requests/ supporting documents validation
2)Perform SAP booking, strictly follow Business Excellence Aligned Management System to finish within structured timeframe
3)Perform daily activities by using SAP and Bayer required tools and systems
4)Verify all the incoming requests and ensure the alignment with company policy and process accordingly
5)Understand requirements of internal controls and support external & internal audit and perform Internal Control System in relevant area of expertise and responsibility
6)Be aware of the continuous improvement areas and also contribute to assigned topics
7)Taking ownership of the solutions and try to resolve independently. Be able to escalate appropriately for important issues.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting
Skills/experiences：
Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
Familiar with MS office
