Major tasks and responsibilities:
The position is responsible for certain process: performs transactional tasks, administers incoming queries, and provides HR information.
1)Process relevant HR processes (Employee Management /Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Information system, Front office, Training, etc.)
2)Maintain relevant module of HR system
3)Act as contact for relevant HR process, including managing employee inquiry, escalate issues
4)Maintain efficient HR Services delivery of managing employee inquiry process according to policies and standards.
5)Taking ownership of the solutions for issues occurred in daily operations (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures)
6)Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on appropriate customer service at any point in time.(e.g. holiday or sudden absence).
7)Support the development, maintenance and improvement of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered.
