Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designer for engineering parts assembly and test at the beginning of design. Include: selecting assembly material, modifying the bonding diagram to meet design rule. Communicate with manufacture to fix assembly issue during the build.
• Collect stress test data for mature design review once design frozen.
• Duplicate and tune fixtures for production handover.
• Take lead of converting NPI from mature design to production. Include: NPI qualification run, assembly data inspection, test data analysis, production specification setup, reliability coordinator, standardized the documents for production.
• Conduct to assembly and test the engineering samples for customer. Generate the datasheet.

Requirements:

• Master degree required, electromagnetic and microwave related.
• Fluent communication with English, both writing and spoken.
• Experience with RF measurement related.
• Strong knowledge about electromagnetic and microwave.
