Job Description:
> Develop qualitatively and cost-competitive summer/all-season tires according to the customer and internal req
> Coordinate ETO-building, testing and delivery to the customers in time
> Introduce approved specification into production
> Constant alignment of obtained test results with customer requirements (product requirement specifications)
> Close contact to AE/KAM team and regular information exchange about all projects / target approvals
> Consult customers in all technical questions incl. travel
> Extend knowledge about technical performance, tire development, processes and the R&D organization
> Support of serial production of OE bound tire specifications by taking action in case of production or quality issues
> Participate in tire line and technology projects, participate and lead target approval projects
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in scientific or technical related
> Experience in tire development or tire manufacturing or engineering is a plus
> Capable to work in an multicultural enviroment and communicate effectively with colleages worldwide
> Willing to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of training
