Job Description:
> Ensure accurate and on time customers' ordering processing into SAP system and in time delivery notice to warehouse
> Support building retail data intelligence functions
> Ensure ordering payment are in line with pricing and other sales policies
> Ensure quickly and on time direct shipment (if needed) order processing from plants, ensure on-time invoicing issued in the system and official invoices delivery to customer on time, keep tracking file related to orders and delivery, support marketing promotions and other issues when needed
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in Logistics, Economy, or other related
> Experience in customer services is a plus
> Basic SAP knowledge (regarding ordering process) is a plus
> Experience in foreign companies is a plus
