- Spare parts sales and fulfil the sales target
- Support sales with modernization projects
- Technical support, trouble shooting and urgent case support
- Order follow up and handling
- Payment tracking
- Maintain the customer relationship and Increase customer satisfaction
- Promotion execution for service business and result analysis
- Communicate with overseas plant for support
- Customer service function is general

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree
- Major in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Good English skill,CET4 or BEC Vantage Level is a plus
- Internship in Sales / after sales department is a plus
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsible, team player
