Role
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an entry to junior level candidate
to join the team as Sourcing Specialist / Researcher based in Shanghai. In this role you will be
responsible for sourcing the most talented candidates for roles within your portfolio. Working closely with
the Project Leader, you will develop and execute a multi-channel approach, utilising direct and indirect
sourcing channels, developing talent communities, and researching the best candidates in the market.
This role provides the opportunity to create and manage sourcing innovation through including tools such
as social media, LinkedIn, market mapping, networking, managing targeted campaigns and referral
programs.
Experience
· Ideally degree qualified, you will have exceptional communication skills and proven experience in an
in-house or agency environment.
· A background in multi-industries sourcing will be highly advantageous.
· You react quickly to an evolving candidate market and your proactive search skills are second to
none.
· You can embrace change and continuously improve processes.
· Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates as well as maintain and build a strong talent
pipeline will ensure your success.

Intern
Key Responsibilities:
 Generate target candidate lists through both online and telephonic means.
 Identify key talent based on the “Must-Have’s” of the client
 Prepare relevant documentation for the delivery of candidate screening activity
 Verbal contact with candidates via phone to collect key recruitment information and assess them for
your case
 Data maintenance on a consistent and timely basis
 Report daily on project progress and results
 Provide market intelligence to other project members.
Qualification:
 Ability to conduct cold-calls
 Good understanding of internet searching techniques
 Results-driven and can-do attitude
 Attention to detail, together with time management and problem solving skills
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
