What we offer:

Manage laboratory research projects and identifying new technology trends, new supplier materials, new manufacturing process, new customer requirements and testing methods.
Planning in designing a technology research roadmap and setting key milestone target.
Identify project challenges and technology gap and take proactive actions in resolving key project challenges.
Effective communication to key stakeholders to ensure project progress smoothly within the lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

PhD degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science or related field.
Related experience with adhesive industry.
Fluent in English communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Creative and innovative person.
