PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Our domain is responsible for SAP’s solution packaging innovation and delivery. We drive sustainable, high-margin revenue, solution adoption and customer/partner satisfaction by delivering ready-to-consume solutions across SAP products like cloud, S/4HANA, technology, Applications Finance&Logistics, and industries. While combining products, services and content that enable our customers to realize fast business value at low cost and risk this approach builds the foundation for future growth. We are a global intercultural team, located in SAP offices around the world. To a large degree we’re functioning as a virtual team and communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities:
As a user assistance developer, you are responsible for technical assembly of implementation content for all S/4HANA editions and RDS releases, and participate in content activation:
- Provide the implementation content in S/4HANA system landscape, including delivery and activation of the content
- Provide ongoing improvements for documentation and guidelines
- Support the global scrum team members in structuring their work according to the assembly requirements
- Support the SET S/4HANA execution program on aligning the milestones for assembly and delivery
- Work closely with developers, package owners, and subject matter experts to gather input and feedback, to ensure deliveries with high quality of SAP Best Practices implementation content

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, ideally majoring in English, technical communication/writing, computer science
- Excellent English writing and speaking abilities
- Good communication capabilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-centered
- Able to convey complex and technical concepts in a clear and precise manner.
- Curious about and interested in technology
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Capable of working in a cross-cultural environment
- Knowledge in application like logistics is a plus
- 1-2 years' working experience in related field
