EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
- Design and develop business logic functionalities such as CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, etc. on-demand for small enterprises.
- Coordinate and take tasks in the full product development life cycle – from requirement comprehension, design, coding, to testing and correction
- Communicate and collaborate with global product management and development team around the world to deliver the enhancements and innovations in time and quality
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related
- Proficient in Java, Spring, etc.
- Familiar with popular web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.
- Familiar with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and relevant protocols (HTTP/S, REST/JSON, oData, etc), knowledge and experience in Micro-services is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in OO principle and software design patterns
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Familiar with at least one commercial DBMS with solid SQL skills
- Exposure to agile methodologies and Scrum
- Good English (written & oral) and communication skills
