安装与维护lab环境
安装与维护build与release的基础设施，建立持续集成、持续交付、持续部署的自动化过程
改进build与deployment的效率
加入Scrum team确保best practice被执行

职位要求:符合或者接近以下需求
基本需求o计算机科学、软件工程相关专业研究生o对DevOps和大数据环境有强烈的兴趣o良好的书面与口头英语沟通能力技术需求o熟悉Linux和Shello具有lab infrastructure的基础知识，如服务器、network、storage等o具有持续集成/交付/部署, 基础设施自动化的知识或经验o具有脚本语言知识，如Python等o掌握常用的工具和平台，如Jenkins, Git, Openstack, Docker等o了解大数据领域相关的知识和工具，如Hadoop, Spark, YARN, HBase, Hive, Kafka, Cloudra等Department introduction:PDA (Portal and Data Analytics) team is responsible for designing and building Cisco collaboration product data analytics platform. Meanwhile, based on various requirements from customer, product management, executive and engineering teams, we make usage data, quality data and operation data analytics to drive business by data science.Responsibilities:Set up and maintain lab environmentSetup and maintain build/release infrastructure, enable automation process with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous DeploymentImprove build and deployment productivityEmbed with specific Scrum teams to ensure best practices are implementedRequirements:Meet or be high potential for the below requirementsCommon requirementsoMaster degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software engineering, Information Management or StatisticsoIntense interest in DevOps and big data environmentoGood written and verbal English communication skillsTechnical requirementsoBe familiar with Linux and ShelloFundamental knowledge of lab infrastructure, such as, server, network, storage, etcoKnowledge of or experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, Infrastructure AutomationoKnowledge of scripting languages, such as PythonoKnowledge of or experience with common tools and platform, such as Jenkins, Git, Openstack, Docker, etc.oUnderstand big data domain knowledge and tools, such as, Hadoop, Spark, YARN, Hbase, Hive, Kafka, Cloudra, etc.
