部门介绍:PDA(Portal and Data Analytics) team负责Cisco协作产品大数据分析平台的设计与建设; 并基于客户、 产品设计者、管理者、工程师团队等的不同需求，分析客户的使用、服务的质量、产品的运行情况等，为业务决策提供科学的数据分析支持。工作职责:
- 与数据分析师，数据科学家紧密合作，基于大数据平台提供相关的分析脚本。
- 在数据采集，处理和图形化领域，处理结构化和非结构化的数据。
- 基于思科安全基准，巩固现有的大数据平台。
- 以敏捷的方式提交你的项目和代码。
- 理解问题，解决问题。
- 配置和调试大数据平台。
- 熟悉实时数据处理平台和工具，比如Spark，storm或者jstorm。
- 熟悉大数据查询工具。
- 知道业界流行的结构化工具和数据库。
- 熟悉多线程编程和性能检测及调优。
- 具有良好的沟通能力。
- 思维敏捷，有点子，能创新。
- 2018或2019年毕业生。
- Work collaboratively with Data Scientist and Data Analyst to provide them required scripts within big data framework.
- Contribute on Data ingest, data process and data visualize against structured and unstructured data
- Consolidate and secure existing big data platform with Cisco security baseline.
- Deliver solutions and codes for using an Agile Development mode.
- Understand issues, problem solving and design solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot issues in big data framework.
Requirements:
- Familiar with real time analytics using stream processing frameworks such like Spark / Storm.
- Familiar with Big Data querying tools, such as Spark, Pig, Hive, and Impala
- Knowledge in Data Structure, OOP/OOD, SQL/NoSQL Database
- Familiar with multiple threading development and advanced performance tuning
- Knowledge of how to assess the performance of data solutions, how to diagnose performance problems, and tools used to monitor and tune performance.
- Great communication skills with both Technical audience and teammates.
- A creative thinker who can bring in new ideas and innovations.
- 2018 or 2019 new graduates.
