工作职责:
处理大量数据，提取因子，特征以及维度压缩
运用丰富的工具来分析数据
与数据分析师紧密合作来挖掘数据内部联系
与产品经理以及团队紧密合作，提供有价值的数据分析和模型指导

职位要求:
统计学，机器学习专业的硕士
熟练掌握高阶分析技能
熟练掌握一些常规的数据分析和机器学习的工具
熟练掌握一些图形化工具，例如Tableau
能够洞察大规模的数据，提交有建设意见的结论和决定
有很好的书面和口头的交流技巧，有时间观念和组织能力
熟练掌握机器学习，自然语言和数据分析技能。
2018或2019年毕业生。


Department introduction:
PDA (Portal and Data Analytics) team is responsible for designing and building Cisco collaboration product data analytics platform. Meanwhile, based on various requirements from customer, product management, executive and engineering teams, we make usage data, quality data and operation data analytics to drive business by data science.

Responsibilities:
Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
Work with a variety of tools to implement advanced analytic solutions
Work collaboratively with Data Scientist to dig into the data insight.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and team members to deliver value through advanced analytic and modeling techniques

Requirements:MA in a quantitative discipline such as Machine Learning, Statistics
High level understanding of advanced analytics techniques
Development experience with R, Python, Azure Machine Learning, SAS, SPSS or related languages and tools.
Experience with visualization technologies such as Tableau or R Shiny.
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Perform machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis, such as classification, regression, recommendation, sentiment analysis, and deep learning
2018 or 2019 new graduates.
