部门介绍:PDA(Portal and Data Analytics) team负责Cisco协作产品大数据分析平台的设计与建设; 并基于客户、 产品设计者、管理者、工程师团队等的不同需求，分析客户的使用、服务的质量、产品的运行情况等，为业务决策提供科学的数据分析支持。
工作职责:
熟悉理解业务数据模型
洞察数据趋势，找到新的信息点
和产品经理已经用户沟通
编写SQL脚本验证数据，保证数据质量
生产有建设性建议的图表
职位要求:
统计学，应用数学，经济学专业的硕士
对数据统计有很深的理解
熟悉建立多维数据集来洞察当前业务的中问题
有大量数据分析的经验
能够洞察已有数据，提交有建设意见的结论和决定
有很好的书面和口头的交流技巧，有时间观念和组织能力
2018或2019年毕业生
- Understand existing data model in our business
- look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
- Communicate with program manager and customers to get the feedback of new findings.
- Write SQL scripts to validate and compare data, as well as test the data quality.
- Act as key point of contact for all data validation aspects.
- Deliver charts and graphs with actionable decisions
MA in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics
Solid understanding of statistics is mandatory
Experience in slice and dice an enormous amount of data to gain insight on what is the problem in the business
Experience in quantitative data analysis
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
2018 or 2019 new graduates.
