Job Description：
> Respond effectively and timely to production concerns, including assisting maintenance breakdown if required
> Set priority to production running and give full support when requested
> Check daily on assembly-related production requirements
> Check regularly on spare parts stock to ensure production requirements are fulfilled
> Adhere to equipment installing plans and prepare for installation
> Ensure that tooling, fixture and change parts are available on time based on production requirements, this may involve computer aided design of fixtures and change details
> Evaluate existing processes and aim to improve continuously
> Prepare work instructions for assembly lines, make sure they are readable and contain all necessary tools for setting up a machine
> Assist the production team with the introduction of new products/processes when requested
> Assist production with changeovers if requested
> Ensure good communication within production, engineering, logistics and quality team
> Liaise with external vendors, clarify detailed specifications to ensure cost-effective purchasing
> Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting the requirements (both quality and timing wise)

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in  Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
