Job Description：
> Take charge of the technical coordination between Changshu Plant and R&D Center on behalf of CBS R&D Center
> Responsible for the explanation and support of product drawings, specifications and related technical documents to plant staff where required
> Support the R&D related investigation and analysis of quality problems in Changshu Plant as member of 8D team
> Support the R&D related investigation and analysis of process issues in production, such as drawing tolerances requirements, line tests etc
> Support related product testing activities on existing plant test benches and equipment. Make sure testing is performed according specification requirements
> Report continuously and regularly to CBSC R&D Center on all problems and issues in Changshu Plant
> Attend the project launch meetings, Project Review meetings and all other technical meetings in Changshu Plant as R&D coordinator
> Offer technical support for change management of product design changes
> Support the OTS release at local suppliers upon request

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Automotive or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
