职位描述:
1.ERP系统操作,确保系统高效准确录入
2.与史赛克香港运营部门,国外工厂,国际货代紧密合作,及时跟踪货物的发货时间以及到货时间
3.物流单证准备,进出口清关,以及必要的信息维护,确保供应链的无缝衔接
4.付款申请单证缮制以及账单核对
5.国内和国际物流供应商发货的全程跟踪,确保到货的准确性,完整性,协调解决突发状况;同时负责对KPI跟踪考核,汇编供应商KPI报告,确保供应商的服务水平保持高水准
1.Daily transaction handling on Stryker ERP system to ensure data recorded accurate and in-time consistently
2.Closely connect with SCL (Hong Kong) operations team, global manufacturing facilities, int’l forwarders on shipment information, ETD/ETA scheduling
3.Act as contact point for import & export activities, prepare for the necessary documents, track on shipment status, and maintain the data key-in for follow-ups, to ensure supply chain process work seamlessly.
4.Ownership for duty/VAT payment, and 3PL service cost validation & posting.
5.Monitor local 3PLs & int’l forwarders on the timely delivery for Stryker products’ till arrival to inland ports, ensure high quality shipment with high accuracy, minimal of damage on arrival, take care of any ad hoc issues happened and continuously evaluate forwarders’ service performance & KPI on a high level.
职位要求:
1.大专或大学本科以上学历
2.英语四级以上,口语流利
3.计算机MS Office软件熟练,EXCEL擅长
4.具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力及解决问题的能力
5.性格开朗,主动积极, 注重团队合作
6.有供应链职能或外贸物流职能实习经验优先
1.Higher diploma / university graduate preferred
2.CET-4 English Cert., fluent in Chinese & English
3.Familiar with MS Office operations, good at EXCEL preferred
4.Good communications skills, analysis skills, and problem solving skills
5.Optimistic, proactive, with teamwork-ship to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment
6.Have internship experience in supply chain or international trade & logistics functions preferred.
