Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for day-to-day treasury operation for PRC affiliates, business services support, and other ad hoc / special projects as required.
1.Cash Management
–Maintain and implement global guidelines on banking, investment and foreign exchange
–Assist in selection of bank services outside the regional center
–Manage bank relationships
–Design / maintain bank account structures in compliance with local regulations
–Manage short-term liquidity for PRC affiliates
2.Affiliate Finance
–Advise on funding strategy, dividend plan and optimal capital structure for consolidated affiliates and joint ventures; and coordinate with US Headquarters on funding arrangement
–Participate in negotiation of external debt facilities with local banks
–Assist in development of annual Finance Plan for PRC Affiliates
–Coordinate issuance of corporate guarantees and bank guarantees to meet business needs
–Interface with other financial and legal functions to optimize PRC corporate structure
3.Business Services
–Provide financial advice and support Business Lines in securing the required local regulatory approvals for major projects, acquisitions and divestitures
–Provide guidance on business / project economics and evaluation of financial commitments
–Review and advise on contracts / agreements for functional endorsement
–Provide advice to Business Lines and support functions on other treasury related matters
Requirements of Candidates
1.University degree, Finance or Accounting major preferred but not required
2.Strong analytical skill (a must)
3.Solid team player
4.Good written and verbal communications
5.Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
