福利:专业培训 弹性工作 职能类别:保险内勤 职能类别:保险核保 Risk Management Intern 保险 / 风险管理实习生 此职位为实习岗位，有兴趣的同学可以直接在线投递或发送简历至jobscn@ 职位描述：     1. 处理部门的文案及行政工作： 包括文件整理，存档，翻译等工作；差旅预定及报销；数据统计，整理等等；     2. 协助进行风险管理/保险安排日常工作，包括收集所需要的核保信息、文件归集，对相关数据进行统计和分析；     3. 协助安排风险查勘相关事项，包括帮助工厂填写问卷，收集相关信息及支持文件，查勘后更新问卷及相关支持文件，正式报告提交工厂后跟进需要更正的项目以及输入相应的风险管理系统；     4. 协助与德国总部相关部门、外部顾问及保险公司的联系与协作；     5. 协助安排对所属公司的培训及会议；     6. 协助其它需要与所属公司跟进的事项及领导交代的其他任务       相关要求：     1. 在校大学生，消防工程或保险专业优先；有保险行业相关实习经验者优先；     2. 工作态度好。工作有主动性，认真、负责，善于学习。     3. 一周可至少工作三天，具体时间视情况调整；     4. 良好的英文读写能力及沟通能力；     5. 掌握基本办公软件技能，掌握EXCEL的统计和基本分析技巧； Job description: 1. Responsible for paper work and admin work of the department, including document management, filing, translating work ; prepare for travel expenses report ; Data collection and analysis ; 2. Assist risk management/Insurance arrangement work regarding u/w info collecting, file management and statistics analysis. 3. Assist in arranging risk surveys including questionnaires with factories, info and supporting documents collecting with follow-ups & updates. Follow up on projects which require modifications and key-in relevant data into specific system after formal report been submitted to factories. 4. Assist in contacting and collaborating with certain Dept. in TKAG, external consultants and insurance companies. 5. Assis in arranging trainings and meetings accordingly. 6. Other ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor. Requirement： 1. School students. Students major in Fire Engineering or Insurance are preferred; Student who has intern experience in Insurance market is preferred; 2. Good working attitude, willing to work and working seriously with responsibility; Good learner. 3. Work at least 3 days / week while the working time could be adjusted depends on the workload. 4. Fluent English in oral, reading and writing. 5. Proficiency in Office with strong skills in data summarizing & analysis by using Excel. 实习工资： 本科生 100元 / 天 研究生 150元 / 天
