Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Quality & Reliability Engineer
Location – City and Country: Foshan, China

Primary Responsibilities:
Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; draft quality engineering work instruction to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards.
Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close their actions on time and fulfill RoHS requirement to our products and process.
Develop quality engineering documents(QIP,WI,VA),set up and develop quality inspection criteria, approve COC format in order to maintain product quality performance.
Handle customers’ complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan to maintain the relationship with customers.
Handle quality issues of key customer and products in production in order to improve and maintain product quality performance.
Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. Using the DMAIC method to drive the improvement.
Connector assembly process quality assurance, able to use proper quality tool to monitor the process, sensitive on data trend and take proper action to improve it.                                                                            
Review the process daily, improve product and process to enhance quality performance.                                                                                 
Identify, organize and drive continue improvement on quality, scrap and efficiency etc.
Develop the quality related document as QIP (Quality Inspection Plan),VA(Visual Aid),etc.
Manage and train the QC team.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Independent self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and apply resulting knowledge in a practical manner.
Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
Stress free English communications additionally to local language (read/write/speak/listen).
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor or above degree with major in engineering/technology.
