Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Chemical Plating Engineer
Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China

Primary Responsibilities:
-Set up and update the WI and PEMEA for chemical plating process;
-Work with NPI team provide good quotation and document (CTAR, DFM……) for new project;
-Provide the technical support for trouble shooting of key project;
-Design and implement the chemical experiments;
-Create and maintain the BOM;
-Evaluate new chemical and improve process to increase the quality and reduce the cost;
-Drive the EC change;
-Provide the training for technicians and operators;
-Work with QE and other team members solve issue of sample making;
-Participate in the Quality issue analysis as a leader.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
-Technical proficiency in Microsoft office;
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
-Positive attitude, initiative, creativity;
-Analytical and problem solving abilities;
-Good Teamwork sprite;
-Good command of spoken and written English.

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
