岗位职责：
1. 履行教务长指定的班级课程计划，定期与教务长开会交流所有相关信息
2. 熟悉学校运行的程序和课程，以英语语言教学的最高标准授课
3. 为学员管理、改正并记录进步报告、测试及评估的结果
4. 与校长和教务长合作，确保具有建设性的沟通交流及有效的中心运作
5. 履行与教学相关的职责，包括但并不局限于上演示课、组织学生/家长俱乐部、教授VIP课程、以及参与市场活动
6. 通过持续与校内同事分享教学经验和知识、使用在学校获得的教学资料、EF内网自学以及互联网网络自学等多种方式，不断主动提升自己的教学技巧和能力
岗位要求：
1.英语专业，本科及以上学历（非英语专业，英语优秀者也可投递），1-2年儿童英语授课经验优先，具有跨国英语教学经验者优先考虑。
2.热爱儿童英语教育行业，有爱心和安全意识，喜欢小孩，优秀的沟通能力，学习能力强，热情开朗，较好的亲和力和人际影响力，认真负责，对客户的需求敏感。
3.愿意主动接受和学习新的教育理念和教学方法。
Job Description:
1. Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the DOS(director of Studies)
2. Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary
3. Become familiar with and implement the Course Management Procedures
4. Administer, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests and assessments for students
5. Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
6.Cooperate with the CM( center Manager) and DOS in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
7. Assist the DOS upon request with the development and marketing of courses and induction of sales and teaching staff into the practices of the centre
8. Maintain student and class records
9. Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
10.Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, at least one year English teaching experience in primary or middle school, best in training center
2. TEM-8 or equivalent English level is prefered
3. Good at expression and communication
4. Ability to work under pressure and learn new education theory and new teaching methods
5.Be proficient in using Microsoft office
