Requirements:
1.Master Degree in Optical, Telecommunication, Physics, Semiconductor or equivalent field.
2.Hands on lab debugging/measuring skills using optical test equipment like pattern generator and oscilloscope.
3.Must be self-motivated, effective team player able to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify, define and execute test cases; Write test requirements. Define tester GR&R and correlation parameters for tester qualification.
2.Create and maintain BOM, continually work on BOM cost reduction with commodity manager.
3.Work with process and test engineer to perform failure analysis and provide recommendation and follow-up actions for yield improvement.
4.Prepare reliability qualification plan and work with reliability team for the test data analysis.
5.Cooperate with process and teat team for process flow optimization, HPU reduction.
6.Cooperate with R&D/NPI team to transfer product from design phase to production phase.
